The Wheel Masters Eagle Vision Extendable Towing Mirror # WM6600 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit the 2004 Chevrolet Silverado. The mirror will mount to the driver's side or passenger's side door or front fender. You will then attach the hook on the included nylon strap to the top and bottom of the Silverado's door or fender, then ratchet the strap until it is snug. The towing mirror can extend out up to 17 inches for an increase in field of vision.
I have attached an installation video on a later model year Silverado as well as the written instructions for you to look through.
