Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24775 has the receiver directly under the rear fascia. The bottom of the receiver will be approximately 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 inches below the bottom of the rear fascia. I have included an image showing the hitch in its final position. If you measure from the ground to the bottom of the fascia and subtract 1-3/4 inches that is approximately where the bottom of the hitch will be.
If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch. I have linked the Class I compatible 2-bike racks and cargo carriers for you.
