Is there any other sway bar that would fit with a gooseneck hitch on 2006 Ram 2500 4X4

I do have a few option available for you however, the only sway control kits we have for your 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 are the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer part # RM-RBK20-RSSB and the RoadActive Suspension Kit part # RAS3613-HD. The steering stabilizer is designed to reduce/correct sway, in a similar way to a standard sway bar. The steering stabilizer is for the front of the vehicle whereas the active suspension is designed for the rear.

As you have a gooseneck installed on your vehicle, this will limit the amount of options for sway control enhancements. However, both the Active Suspension and Roadmaster Steering Stabilizer are excellent products that will help control the vehicle in crosswinds and over corrective maneuvers.
