You will want to compare the measurements of replacement Stabilizer Jack Support Arm # LC1134121 with one of the existing ones on your 2011 Forest River Surveyor to determine if it will work. The replacement measures 19-5/16" long overall and the mounting holes are spaced 17-13/16" apart on center. If you have different measurements let me know what they are and I can determine if there is one that will fit.
