Can 2 Yakima HighRoad Bike Racks be Mounted on a 2014 Honda CR-V

Question:

Hi, I want to make sure it is ok to mount two 2 of your highroad roof bike racks onto my Honda CR-V. The info above mentions only one, and a friend in California said mounting two 2 mountain bikes are doable over the interstate. Also, what do you recommend for locks? Thanks

You can mount 2 of the Yakima HighRoad bike racks # Y02114 on your 2014 Honda CR-V. Depending on how much free crossbar space you have side to side and how wide each of the bikes are you may or may not have to have one of the racks and bikes facing backwards. It looks like the factory weight capacity of the roof rack is 165 pounds but check the rack/manual on yours just to be sure. The racks will work great on the highway or on regular surface roads.

To add locks to 2 of these bike racks I recommend a 4-pack of locks, # Y07204. It comes with 4 locks (2 for each rack) 2 keys, and the change key needed to install the locks. All of the locks will use the same keys. I have linked some videos on the HighRoad and locks for you.
