Sway Control Unit Recommendation for T@G Tear Camper Trailer

Question:

Im buying a 2017 T@G Max tear camper. Tongue weight with propane and battery is 170 lbs. Trailer weighs in at 1060 lbs. Can you suggest which sway bar I should use, if any? My tow vehicle is a 2015 Toyota 4Runner. Thank you,

The Pro Series friction sway control unit part # 83660 that you referenced would be what I would go with if I were you. It is essentially the same thing as the other units and is at a much better price. Your trailer is pretty lightweight, but if you are getting any sway when semi trucks pass you or in strong winds this unit will help greatly.

With this you'll need a ball mount with a mounting tab for the sway bar ball as well like part # D320.
