Carrying a Mountain Bike with a 15-mm Thru-Axle Using a Swagman Truck Bed Carrier
Question:
Can I buy an alternative fork mount to use with this rack? I have a 15mm front axle, and I dont want to spend an extra 100 bucks for the other rack Swagman Patrol 2. The mounts that come with this rack use 9mm thru axles.

The Swagman Pick-Up Truck-Bed-Mounted Bike Carrier # S64702 does only include 9-mm skewers. You can add the Swagman Spire # S64706 which will adapt the 15-mm thru-axle fork on your bike to fit the pickup carrier.
The Spire isn't quite as convenient as using the Swagman Patrol # S64701 but it is more economical.
