We do have hubs that use the # 25580 inner bearing and # LM67048 outer bearing, but the wheel bolt pattern does not match the 5 on 5-1/2 you said you need.

Part # 8-213-5UC1 is an idler hub and is designed to fit 5,200 to 6,000 lb axles. This hub assembly comes with the bearings, races, grease seal, grease cap, wheel bolts, and lug nuts.

The hub assemblies we offer with a 5 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern are designed for 2,000, 2,200, and 3,500 lb axles and do not have the bearings you said you need.
