I do have a replacement landing gear set that will work for your 2006 Keystone Cougar 289EFS. For this, you will need the Stromberg Carlson Electric Landing Gear Set part # LG-1. As this will replace the entire current system installed, you may need to have a qualified welder cut off your existing landing gear brackets and weld/bolt on the new set if your mounting brackets are in a different location than the ones provided in the kit.
If you would like to find an exact replacement for your existing landing gear so that you will not have to install new brackets, I would need to know the distance between your existing mounting brackets. If you can send me this information then I would be happy to offer my recommendation.
