I have a Curt A16 fifth wheel hitch. My fifth wheel has the Reese Revolution. Can my hitch work with the Revolution? If so, should I get a Curt wedge.

If the Curt fifth wheel hitch you have is a slider, it will have to be locked in the forward position so that it does not slide to be able to work with the Revolution pin box. If it is a stationary hitch it will work fine.
You will need the Sidewinder Wedge # C16992 to prevent the king pin from rotating in your Curt A16 fifth-wheel trailer hitch.
