The bolt pattern on the wheel will be the same, the only difference is the size of the tires.

The 4.80 x 8 tire size like the Kenda K371 Bias Trailer Tire, part # AM10004, is 16.1 inches tall and the overall width is 4.6 inches.

The 165/65 x 8 tire size like the Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire, part # AM1HP22, is 16.5 inches tall and the overall width is 6.6 inches.

The 165/65 x 8 tire is 4/10 of an inch taller and 2 inches wider, so you would have to check your trailer to see if you will have clearance for the extra width and slightly taller tire. Also, the maximum load on the 4.80 x 8 tire is a little less than the 165/65 x 8 tire in the same load range.

I an including a link to a product comparison page on the two tire sizes.
