Will B&W Companion Slider Still Work on 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD High Country Duramax?
Question:
We had a B and W turnover gooseneck hitch model 1067R on our old 2009 Chevy 2500HD. I understand this system will not fit our new 2017 2500 HD Duramax High Country. Is there any kit to modify the previous turnover system for the new truck or is this new model I will have to purchase? Additionally, can I still use my B and W Companion Slider Hitch Model 3405 on the new B and W turnover gooseneck, # BWGNRK1016? Also, what wiring kit do I need?

Expert Reply:
The B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter, # BWRVK3400, is going to work perfectly with your B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch, # BWGNRK1016, on your 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. There is no an adapter for your old kit, so you will need a new Turnoverball Hitch, but to help you with the install, I have included instructions as well as a video showing it going in a 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500.
As for the wiring kit, you will need only the Draw-Tite 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness, # A10-7007, which is simply going to plug into your factory wiring harness.
