Do Timbren Suspension Enhancement Springs Affect Unloaded Ride Quality

Question:

Its a shame that the claim by your tech support does not align with what the manufacturer advertises for their product. According to the manufacturer the Timbren system is only active when theres a load on the truck trailer and when there is no load the system is not active so theres no harsh ride. A couple of other people with the same setup have given me this feedback, so Im not sure why your tech support claims otherwise.

We have found that it varies a little bit between vehicles. For some vehicles the unloaded ride quality is totally unaffected with the Timbrens. Typically this is on higher capacity vehicles where the suspension is already pretty stiff and doesn't move much when unloaded.

On lighter duty vehicles where the suspension moves quite a bit some people have reported an increase in harshness from the Timbrens. For your 2012 Ford F-250 you probably wouldn't feel them.
