Recommended Replacement Tail Lights For 4 Wire System

Need recommendations for replacement tail lights: 1 4-wire lights important: 3 wires + ground for each light 2 LED 3 Sealed 4 = to 8inch wide 5 For camper over 80inch wide

For your trailer tail lights, I recommend the LED Trailer Light Kit for Trailers Over 80" Wide # TL16RK. These lights meet all of your criteria with the exception of the 4-wires. All of the 8 inch LED tail lights we carry are 3 wire. They have the separate ground wire, separated running light wire, and the other wire is the combined turn/stop wire so you will need to combine those two wires.
For installation, I recommend the Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connector - 16-14 Gauge - Nylon Insulation - Blue - Qty 10 # DW05744-10 to seal out any water.
