Recommendations to Tow Trailer and Transport Bikes with 1-1/4 Inch Receiver on 2017 Toyota RAV4
Question:
Is there a product that will allow me to pull my small sailboat trailer ~800 lbs as well as carry my bike rack Saris SA882 by doubling my 1 1/4 receiver in a similar manner to the Curt D210. I cannot find anything yet to do this function for 1 1/4 receivers.

I may have a solution for you, however there is not a dual adapter like the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount with 2 Inch Receiver # D210 referenced in your question that is compatible with a 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch. This is most likely because a 1-1/4 inch hitch simply does not provide the type of capacity that towing a trailer and supporting an addition accessory will require.
Another option to carry your bikes is with a roof rack and roof bike carrier. If you do not already have a roof rack installed and your RAV4 has the factory side rails, I recommend the Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack, which consists of parts # TH711420 for the 53 inch WingBar Crossbars and # TH710401 for the Evo Raised Rail Feet. This is a great system that will provide an extremely quiet ride and a 165 pound weight capacity.
Then for a bike rack, I recommend looking at the Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier # Y02103. This will mount to the roof rack crossbars and can hold 1 bike with wheels from 20 to 29 inches. I have attached a video demonstration on this product for you to check out as well as a link that will take you to our available selection of roof bike racks.
