Does Transmission Cooler Part # D13502 Fit 2008 Toyota Highlander
Question:
I have a 2008 Toyota Highlander with 3.5 Liter engine. Your installation sheet shows the adapter tube as having 1/2-20 threads and 5/16inch hose. I would expect the fitting makeup to my Toyota would be metric size and not S.A.E. I want to make sure this item is exact for my vehicle and that I dont have any hiccups where the adapter wont make up. What can you tell me about this for my Toyota Highlander? i recently installed a trailer hitch i got from you guys and with some effort I got it installed. I just have to be careful about this one.

With transmission coolers like the part # D13502 you don't actually thread them onto the fittings that the old cooler used. Use the rubber lines to fit to the old lines.
They are universal in how they fit to vehicles. If you check out the install video I attached you can see how they install in a similar vehicle.
