what is the least expensive bike rack that will fit on my car. I found one today in a store that will not fit on a volvo xc 90. thank you

I did a little research and found that the most economical trunk mounted bike rack that will fit all model years (2003-2011) of the Volvo XC90 is the Thule Passage 3, # TH911XT, that you have referenced.
