Question:
I currently have the 10,000 and 1,000 tongue weight set up. I recently purchased a new toy hauler with a tongue weight of 1,012 lbs and max rated 9,900 lbs. is my existing set up sufficient or do I need to go to the 1,200lb bars?

Expert Reply:
For your new toy hauler with 1,012 lb tongue weight, I recommend the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # RP66560.
This system is rated for a total tongue weight (total loaded trailer tongue weight and cargo weight behind rear axle) between 600 and 1200 lbs. This system has clamp on brackets and uses trunnion bars along with automotive grade friction material for sway control. For a hitch ball, use 2-5/16 inch # C40030.
