Can Yakima Mako Saddles be Adapted to Fit Aero Shaped Crossbars

I need to adapt my Mako Saddles from a round Cross bar to a stock Cross bar on a 2014 Subaru Outback. Will this do it?

The Mako saddles that you have which only fit round crossbars can be upgraded to fit aero bars like what you have. You need to use the Universal MightyMounts part # Y03590 which you have referenced.
