Is there a neutral position on this equipment, like when you pull the trailer loaded fulling with a Wench if necessary?

The Trailer Valet # STC-V211 does not have a neutral position. The gears are always engaged.
Turning the hand crank will move the Trailer Valet forward or backward and it has a lock to keep the unit from moving when parked.
