What torque in lbs is needed to apply this head PRO SERIES to up rights ?

According to the installation instructions on the Pro Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs # PS30121 the bolts that connect the legs to the head are to be torqued to 75 ft lbs. I've attached those instructions to help further.
