Recommended Kayak Carrier For 2008 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab And 10 Foot Kayak While Towing Trailer
Question:
Looking for something that can carry a 10foot kayak on a 2008 Chevy Silverado Crew cab with a naked top while towing a 5th wheel trailer. Not plan on having this truck too much longer so I dont want to invest in a roof rack or anything too expensive.

Then I recommend the Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier - Fixed - Universal Mount # S510 to secure your kayak to the roof rack. I recommend using the Rhino-Rack Anchor Strap - Qty 1 # RRRBAS to give you a tie down point at the front of your truck.
For a more economical carrier alternative, you can use the Malone Deluxe Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs - Foam Block Style - 18" Long # MPG152 which will give you the tie-downs with the blocks cheaper than I can get you the tie downs elsewhere.
