Trying to find a spare tire bike rack that will fit my 35x12.5x15 spare tire. Any suggestions? Thanks.

For a very wide tire like the 12-1/2-inch-wide spare on your 1997 Jeep Wrangler I suggest the Hollywood Racks SR2 2-Bike Carrier # HRSR2 which is shown in the linked video on a 97 Wrangler. This carrier works with 12-1/2-inch wide tires.
