Recommended Locking Hitch Pin To Use With Lets Go Aero Slide-Out Cargo Carrier

Whats a good lock with a key for this item? It looks like it uses 2 pins also, do the other one require security lock? Should I get anti sway lock?

The Lets Go Aero Slide-Out Cargo Carrier # H01472 does have two hitch pin holes.

The first hole has been added if you need additional clearance when the cargo carrier is being used. The second hitch pin hole is the recommended one to use but if you need the clearance, the first pin hole will work as well.

The locking hitch pin I recommend is the etrailer lock # e98882. This is a stainless steel hitch lock, and it has a covered key slot to prevent corrosion.

If you happen to have a newer Toyota Tundra or Tacoma, a longer hitch pin like part # BD580412 would work for you since the Tundra and Tacoma have a 2-inch receiver that is a bit wider.

I do not think anti-sway would be needed with this cargo carrier.
