You could potentially use the current 5th wheel trailer hitch installation kit rails with an older Reese 5th wheel trailer hitch. You will need to take some measurements in order to determine if the two are compatible. The current Reese rails have mounting slots that are 29 inches apart, 20.624 inches apart and 10 inches apart. If the side to side distance between the tabs on the feet of your hitch (center to center) will fit one of these measurements AND the distance (center to center) from the front tabs to the back tabs is 21-13/16 inches, then you will be able to use the rails.
The Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit, # RP50081-58, that you have referenced would be the correct kit for a 2007 Ford F-150 with a 6.5 foot bed. You could also use the universal install kit, # RP30035. I have included links to the installation instructions for both kits for reference. The custom kit has an estimated installation time of 2.5 hours while the universal kit is at 5 hours because it requires more drilling.
