The Swagman Original 4 bike rack you mentioned is good choice for the occasional rider who will be transporting their bikes for short distances. The lack of anti rattle cradles and the hook and loop fasteners that secure the bikes into the cradles would make me a little leery of recommending it for frequent use or for long trips.

The Thule Hitching Post Pro, part # TH934XTR is an excellent rack with all the necessary features at a reasonable price. The rack features anti-rattle cradles that prevent the bikes from swinging back and forth and hitting each other or the rear of your Suburban. The rack also features an anti rattle hitch pin to hold the rack firmly in the hitch.

If you would like a rack with an integrated cable lock, the Swagman Titan, part # S63410 would be a good choice. The Titan also features an anti-rattle hitch pin, but an optional locking hitch pin, part # S64029 is also available.
