For your 2008 Honda Odyssey, I recommend the Thule Apex XT 4 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # TH9025XT. This rack will hold your 2 adult and 2 kids bikes without issue due to the arm outside to outside width to help with the smaller kid bike frame sizes and the arms are long enough to give 7 inches spacing between the bikes. This rack has cradles to support that bikes at 3 points and have built in grooves for brake or gear shift cables. It has an integrated cable lock to secure your bikes to the carrier. This carrier also has a tilting function to allow your access to your rear hatch even with bikes loaded.
Thule also has a great Swinging Away option with the Apex Swing XT # TH9027XT. This will have all the same features with the exception of a tilt because the swing away gives even greater clearance for your hatch to open and you to have cargo access.
For your women's bike and if the kids bike frames are not large enough, I recommend the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005. This adapter bar will connect from the seat post to the handlebars to create a top frame rail for level transport and greater ground clearance.
4 bike racks are only available in the hitch mounted style. If you do not have a trailer hitch receiver on your 2008 Honda Odyssey, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75270. This will serve you well for your bike rack and give you an option to use other accessories or tow a trailer.
