Yes, according to Thule, there are several trunk mount bike rack options that will fit the 2011 Honda Fit. The item you selected, Thule Passage 2, # TH910XT, is listed as a fit for your vehicle. The 3 bike version of this rack, Thule Passage 3, # TH911XT, will also fit.
Other two and three bike racks from Thule that will fit include the following:
