Will the Dallas Cowboys Helmet Hitch Cover # HHCC2008 Fit on a Hitch Recessed Under the Bumper

Which Dallas Cowboy Hitch cover will fit into my trailer hitch if the opening of the hitch is recessed under the bumper by about 1?

The Dallas Cowboys Helmet Hitch Cover, item # HHCC2008, measurement from the top of the shank to the top of the cover is 15/16 inches, see photo at right.
I went out to the warehouse and pulled each of the Dallas Cowboys hitch covers, see link, and measured them. The hitch cover with the shortest dimension from the top of the 2 inch hitch receiver opening to the top of the cover is the Dallas Cowboys Star Hitch Cover, item # NHC108. The measurement from the top of the shank to the top of the cover is 3/4 inches, see photo at right.
If the opening of the hitch on your vehicle sits directly against the bottom of the bumper or bumper fascia, none of the Dallas Cowboy hitch covers will fit into your trailer hitch.
