Locating Brake Switch Wire on 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500
Question:
Out back trailer 2011 2015 2500 Silverado hook all wire from trailer got purple white i left over could that be the hook up for the brakes I can not tell I was listening to the did not hear brakes come on what could I do next thanks for the information

In order to ensure you are connecting with the correct brake switch wire on you 2015 Silverado 2500, you will need to test them with a circuit tester like # PTW2993. The wire you will use will be the one that only has power when the brake pedal is pressed and not with the headlights or turn signals on.
You can start with testing the purple and white wire you referenced in your question.
