You will need to use a converter to make the 4-way wiring on your motorcycle match the 5-pole on your trailer.

The converter I recommend is the Tow Ready Tail Light Converter # 118158. You will need to cut the 4-way connector off on the motorcycle side and splice the # 118158 converter. Then you can attach a 5-pole trailer connector like part # PK11502 to the converter output wires. You can use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to verify the wire functions.

Here are the harness wire assignments by function and color:
White = Ground
Green = Right Turn and Brake
Yellow = Left Turn and Brake
Brown = Running (Tail) Lights
Red = Auxiliary Circuit (if needed)
