Will Husky 16K 5th Wheel Hitch Fit Curt Adapter C16023 for a 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500 Prep Package
Question:
Will this adapter work with my 16K Husky 5th wheel hitch

Expert Reply:
On your 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500 using Curt adapter # C16023 if your Husky 16K hitch is a fixed hitch and not a slider then it will fit the adapter. If it is the slider version it will not work due to part of the slider mechanism on the hitch interfering with support rails on the adapter.
What I recommend is to use Curt hitch # C16521 which is the 16K slider from Curt. It will work with the adapter and it features a cushioned head for improved ride quality. I have linked a video review of this hitch for you.
