Just bought the 7 to 4 pole adapter
Question:
We plugged our 4pole plug from our FJ into the 7 pole harness and we are not getting brakes or turn signal action. The lights on our trailer worked as recently as last month. Do you have any suggestions?

Can you verify that you have voltage on the trailer wiring harness of the vehicle with a circuit tester like part # PTW2993? If the voltage is there but not making it to the trailer that would indicate that the problem is either the adapter or the trailer's wiring.
