If you are looking to use the Wesbar Submersible Low Profile Trailer Tail Light with License Plate Light - Driver Side # 403026 then the Passenger's Side is # 403076.

You will wire these lights as follows:

White - Ground
Brown - Running Light
Yellow (Driver) - Brake/Turn Light
Green (Passenger) - Brake/Turn Light

You will want to make sure that you are getting a signal to the tail light housing to start off. You can use a Circuit Tester # PTW2992 to do so. If you are not getting the proper signals to the trailer lights then you will want to start off by making sure your trailer and vehicle end connectors do not have any corrosion on them. If they look good then you will want to check the wiring on your trailer for any places where it is corroded, bent, exposed, or damaged. You can use 16 Gauge Wire # 16-1-1 and Butt Connectors # DW05744-5 to replace any wiring that needs to be replaced.

If all of the wiring on your trailer looks good then you will want to test the connectors. You can use the Circuit Tester # 3808 to make sure that you are getting a signal at your vehicle's connector and a 12V power source to test the functions on your trailer. If all of that checks out then you will want to take your trailer to a qualified shop that can physically inspect your setup.
