I have attached an article that helps with determining your bolt pattern. However, since you have six lugs on each wheel, that makes things easy. There is only one 6 bolt pattern and it is 6 on 5-1/2 inches. I've linked the page for all our 225/75-15 options for your convenience.

When choosing the right wheel/tire combination for your needs, you will want to consider load range which gives you the weight capacity of each wheel/tire and the speed rating. If no speed rating is listed, it is a max speed of 65 mph, but there are speed ratings of up to 81 mph we carry in these sizes like the Taskmaster Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Silver Mod Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2 - Load Range D # TA24VR.
