Need Replacement Wheel For Shelby Jack On 2005 Aliner Camper

Question:

Hi I have a 2005 Aliner and the swiveling front wheel assembly got bent. The jack and frame are fine, I simply need a new swiveling wheel and pin. Its a 1200 lb Shelby Wheel. Do you guys sell replacement and if so, how much and I need part number. Thanks -
