Recommended Front Mount Hitch for 2000 Ford E450

65053 Saw your response for 2015 Ford E450. I have a Fleetwood Tioga that is either a 1999 or 2000 depending on where you look. Will the same part # as the newer models fit?

I may have a solution for you, however the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65053 referenced in your question is custom-fit for the 2008-2014 Ford E450 models, so it will not work with your 1999 or 2000 E450 Cutaway.

I instead recommend the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65001, which is confirmed to fit the 2000 Ford E450. This is also a 2 inch hitch with a 500 pound vertical load limit. I have included the installation details for you to check out.

There is not currently a custom-fit front mount hitch available for the 1999 Ford E450. If you find that you have the 1999 model, I recommend looking at a universal hitch like the Ultra-Fab 2 Inch # UF35-946403. This will fit frame widths of 47-1/8 inches to 77 inches.
