How To Determine if 5 Spoke Utility Hub 8-174-5UC3 would Fit Trailer Spindle

Question:

I have a 30 year old trailer that needs one hub and bearing set replaced.. Your 5 spoke utility hub looks identical with one exception.. The lugs on the existing hubs screw directly into the hub. Yours are actual nuts that screw into studs already in the hub as you obviously know... Will your application work with my axles.. I sure hope so.. About a $ 2,000.00 job vs $ $ 300.00

The part # 8-174-5UC3 could fit your spindle but you have to check the bearing numbers that are in your current hub or measure the spindle where the bearings ride. The bearing numbers that you'd need would be 25580 and 15123 and the dimensions are 1.750 inch and 1.250 inch.
