Monitor and Programmer to Custom Tune a 2000, 2001, and 2005 Ford F-150 All with 5.4 L V8
Question:
I own three Ford F-150 trucks a 2000,2001 and 2005 all with 5.4L s, though the 05 is three valve where the other two are two valve. i wish to increase performance for towing to all three. Im leaning towards a higher end unit with full info display so I can also use it for trouble shooting. Will any of these programmers allow programming multiple vehicle ? Basically use the unit to program the ecu then use the display/tuner itself for code reading , data logging etc for troubleshooting or does the display have to be on vehicle for it to work? Also the 2000 and 2001 are weak in towing besides a tuner what add on/ mods would you suggest ? Not try to build race trucks just get some more oomph for towing

The tuners we carry (Or any that I know of) cannot be used on more than one vehicle at the same time. They can be used on multiple vehicles but you will need to return the first back to stock before using the tuner on another. When you install a tuner on a vehicle the stock program is installed on the tuner so that the vehicle can be returned to stock later. The tuner reads this program from the vehicle when it's installed. And stock programs cannot be used from one vehicle to another.
The tuner that will work on each of your Ford F-150s is the Edge Evolution CTS2 # EP85450. It's the only monitor and programmer combination that we carry for all three model years.
