You most likely have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern but there are ways to determine the bolt pattern for sure. You can measure the center to center distance from one hole to an adjacent one.

If the distance is:
2-5/8" - the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2
2-3/4" - the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-3/4
3" - the bolt pattern is 5 on 5
3-1/4" - the bolt pattern is 5 on 5-1/2

There is another way that is a little more difficult unless the wheel is not on the trailer. It is covered in the link I have provided on determining wheel bolt patterns. I have also linked all of the tire and wheel combos with 205/75-15 tires. Once you know the bolt pattern you can choose that category to see the options.

The tire size and wheel bolt pattern are important but you also want the spare to be the same construction type (either bias or radial) and load range as the other tires on the trailer to avoid potential problems. If the tire size reads ST205/75R15 then it is a radial. If there is a D instead of an R then it is bias ply. The load range will be on the tire sidewall as well.
