We have two Class III hitch receivers available for your 2011 Ford Edge SEL, Curt part # C13067 and Draw-Tite part # 75992. In order to tow a trailer with 2 jet skis, you will need the weight capacity a Class III hitch offers. I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver as this hitch will not be as visible from above in comparison to the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver.
The Draw-Tite Class III hitch is rated for 4000 lbs. of gross trailer weight (GTW) and 400 lbs. of tongue weight (TW) which will be plenty for towing a trailer with two wave runners. Please refer to your vehicle's manual for exact towing specifications.
I have attached an installation video in addition to a photo comparison of each hitch on a 2011 Ford Edge for your review.
