Recommended Trailer Wiring Adapter For 7-way to 4-way Trailer On 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I have a 94 grand cherokee with a relay trailer harness and 7 way trailer plug My trailer has 4 way flat. Can i use a plug adapter to run the trailer lights or do i need a convertor harness?
