Towing Mirrors for a 2003 Ford F-150
Question:
My 2003 F150 has the external turn signal so I the custom fit mirror extensions will not fit properly. The expensive replacement mirrors are not an option, so are there any other custom solutions?

Besides the custom fit towing mirrors, # 11601 and # 11602, and the replacement mirror options for your 2003 Ford F-150, the only remaining option would be to go with a universal fit towing mirror. We have numerous options available depending on how you would like the mirror to mount to the truck.
Since your factory mirrors have the integrated turn signals, it may be best to go with a mirror that mounts to the door, # 11650. This mirror attaches using a top hook that fits between the window and door and a bottom hook that attaches to the bottom of the door.
