Can Straight Through Muffler for Diesel Engine be Used on Gas Engine

There really isn't anything that's going to prevent it from working, especially on a through style muffler like the part # MF14773 that basically is just a straight pipe with exhaust wrap around the core. It might sound different as the tone of a diesel engine is very different and the muffler would be tuned for muffling that. Basically it'll be pretty quiet.
