Platform Bike Rack that Clears Rear Spare of 2016 Jeep Wrangler

Will the Swagman XTC 2 Cross Country 2 Bike Rack 64670 fit on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler with Large after market spare tire?

Your 2016 Jeep Wrangler will require a decent amount of clearance for a bike rack to fit past the rear spare. The # S64670 has a distance of 8 inches from it's hitch pin hole to the nearest wheel tray which isn't going to be enough most likely.
I really like the Thule T2 part # TH69JV only has a distance of 7 inches from the center of the pin hole to the nearest wheel tray.
You could get more clearance by switching to a hanging rack like the # TH934XT. It holds 4 bikes and has a generous 13-1/2 inches between the rack and the center of the hitch pin hole.
