Both the Reese fifth wheel rail install kits are a fit for your 2017 Ford F-250 long bed without the factory rail kit. The difference is that the part # RP56017-53 costs a little more, installs much easier since the frame brackets mount to the outside of the frame, but also gives you a larger rail in the bed of your truck.
The part # RP50074-58 on the other hand costs less, gives you a smaller rail in the bed of your truck, but will be a bit harder to install since the brackets mount to the inside of the frame channels which makes them more difficult to access.
