For a replacement axle on your boat trailer, I recommend looking at a Timbren Axle-Less System like # A12WS545 that comes with hubs. This suspension unit will replace your existing axle and spindles and will fit any frame width. The easiest method for installing this system since you are replacing an existing axle, is to install a piece of 2-inch-square tubing through the integrated hole in the Axle-Less suspension. Then you will just bolt the suspension to the side of the trailer's frame with three bolts. I have attached an installation video for you to take a look at.

The hubs that are included with this system have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. It has a weight capacity of 1,200 pounds.

For a spindle only system, without the hubs, you can use # ASR1200S01.
