For a tire to replace the 145/R12 size tires currently on your trailer, I recommend the Kenda Karrier S-Trail Radial Trailer Tire # AM10130. This is a great radial trailer tire that has a 1,220 pound maximum load at 65 psi. Note that this is a Load Range D tire instead of the C rating you referenced in your question. While this particular tire may have a higher load capacity than what you are replacing, you will still be limited to the lowest rated component on your trailer.

If you are needing a tire and wheel combo, you will need to know the wheel bolt pattern of your existing set. I have attached a helpful article that explains how to determine this.

I have also included a link that will take you to our available 145/R12 sized tires and wheels for you to look through.

Just keep in mind that the best way to extend the life of your trailer tires is to always have them inflated to their maximum psi and remain below their load capacity and speed limit at all times.
