Installation Hardware Needed for Stromberg Carlson 4000 Series 5th Wheel Louvered Tailgate

If I order this fifth wheel tailgate #VG-15-4000 do I need a shim kit also to have it fit my 2017 F-250 Superduty Truck as does it come with tailgate or do I need to order separate and do you also carry it?

The Stromberg Carlson 4000 Series 5th Wheel Louvered Tailgate # VG-15-4000 referenced in your question will include everything needed for installing the tailgate on your F-250, including the safety cables and hardware. You will not need to obtain anything else separately.
I have attached an installation video on a 2017 Ford F-150 for you to check out. The process will be very similar for your F-250.
