We have a couple of mounting hardware kits that include the four bolts you said you are looking for. We do not offer the bolts as a separate item.

One of the kits is part # RP58490. This includes 4 Allen head bolts, 4 nylon lock nuts, 2 Integral pin and clips, and 4 standard pins and clips.

Another kit is part # 30583. This includes the hex bolts, standard pins and clips, and the rubber bumpers which prevent the head from hitting the hitch body.
